PM SHRI scheme: The Kerela government will sign an agreement with the union ministry of education to implement the Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India (PM SHRI) scheme in the state. As per the education ministry tweet, the agreement will be signed by the state before the beginning of the next academic year 2024-25.

"Kerala Government has taken a sweeping choice to sign a MoU with Service of Schooling, Legislature of India to execute PM SHRI Plan," service of instruction informed through its true X handle. This organization between the Kerala government and the service of instruction, the public authority of India, means more grounded focus state relations, it further said. PM SHRI schools are intended to be model schools for the Public Instruction Strategy (NEP) 2020.

The central secretary of the state's mass training division informed the school instruction and education office by means of letter that a state-level panel, has been comprised. The reason for this advisory group is to direct the foundation of PM SHRI Schools. In view of the proposals given by this panel, the state expects to consent to the arrangement for the foundation of PM SHRI Schools before the beginning of the scholastic year 2024-25.

"I might want to cause you to notice letter no. 1-2/2022-IS-19 dated February 23,/2024. The province of Kerala has reliably shown obligation to giving quality training to understudies through the execution of different imaginative and supportable drives in the school training area," the authority letter read.
